Frequently asked questions *
When should I submit my inquiry?
For most orders, I recommend placing your request 2 weeks or more in advance. For weddings, a notice of 4-6 months is ideal to ensure everything is perfect for your big day.
What are your prices?
Prices vary dependent on what you need for your event and start at a base price. You can see prices for all of my items on their specific pages. Once I am provided with number of people and desired decoration, I can typically give you an exact or approximate price for your order. If you have any questions please, contact me.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
With orders of $75 or more, I require a minimum $25 deposit to book an order. You can pay the deposit right here on my website! Please note, deposits are nonrefundable.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Cancellations can be made up to a week prior to your pick up date. Deposits are nonrefundable but can be put towards a rescheduled order. Any changes need to be made at least a week prior to your pick up date, including your pick up date and time.
When should I pick up my order?
When placing an inquiry please let me know the date you intend to pick your order (for example, if your party is on Saturday but you need to pick up Friday, it’s better I know the date you’re picking up vs. your party date so your order is ready). We will discuss the time that is best for us both for pick up based on my hours and your schedule. I do not offer pick ups on Mondays or Tuesdays. Please call me to let me know if you’re running early by 15 minutes or more to ensure your order is ready.
Can you supply the topper I want for my cake?
While I do not provide any inedible decorations such as toy toppers, plastic or paper cupcakes picks, fresh or fake florals, etc. I am happy to place and design around them if dropped off in advance. These items must be purchased by the customer and can dropped off to be used on any cake or cupcakes or put on upon pick up.
Do you offer any gluten free, dairy free, nut free, or vegan items?
I currently offer vegan cake options. To see which items are available vegan, please visit my cake page. At this time I do not offer items that are gluten free , unless they are naturally occurring as so. Nuts are usually presented visibly or listed in the name of a baked good, however, due to the risk of cross contamination, I cannot guarantee items are nut free.
Disclaimer: My bakery is not a certified gluten free, dairy free, nut free or vegan facility, therefore there is no guarantee that the products produced will be free from potential allergens. There is always a risk of cross-contamination to occur and I cannot guarantee that ingredients or tools used have not come in contact with them.
